Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor children’s progress to ensure they reach their developmental targets
Plan and create activities that keep children engaged throughout the day
Support children in developing independence and confidence
Help prepare children for smooth transitions between rooms and stages of development
Protect and promote the health, safety, and well-being of all children
Ensure safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times
Promote positive relationships within the early years setting
Develop strong, professional relationships with parents and carers
Demonstrate the ability to observe, record, and report on children’s growth and progress
