TEACHER OF MATHS —MPS / UPS Applications from ECTs welcomed.
TLR available for the right candidate.
Easter 2026 start, or earlier depending on availability.
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic & dynamic maths teacher who is able to teach the subject at key stage 3, 4 and A level would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be well-qualified & have a passion for teaching and for their subject.
In return you will be offered a tailored CPD programme and an abundance of support . This is an excellent opportunity for teachers and ECT teachers who want to excel in their field. The Maths faculty comprises of twelve specialist members of staff and is one of the most successful faculties in the school, consistently achieving results that demonstrate extremely good progress at all levels. It is a successful experienced team and anyone joining would be well supported.
Maths is consistently one of the most popular subjects at A level. Core Maths and Further Maths is also offered in the Sixth Form. Several students each year progress on to study maths related subjects at higher education institutions.
You would be joining a forward-thinking and creative faculty with a collegiate approach to teaching & learning. The faculty also offers a vibrant and thriving extra-curricular programme such as the regional Maths Challenge Competition.
Closing date for applications is Friday 30th January 2026 at Midday with interviews expected to be held during week commencing 2nd February 2026.
