Required for January 2026.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Examinations Manager to join our dynamic examinations team at Anglo European School. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual with strong IT and administrative skills to support the smooth running of our examination processes and who enjoys supporting young people achieve their potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Examinations Officer to ensure the efficient delivery of all examination-related activities while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Salary: Scale 5 Point9£24,312.04per annum(actual gross per annum)
37hoursper week
(Term Time plus 1 week during school closure, and 3 training days).
Hours: 30hours to be worked over Monday to Friday out of exam season, with the remaining hours to be worked during the busiest exam periods(mainly during January, May, June, July, November and December).
The working day is usually 08:30 – 15:00, but depending on examination timetables, could range from 08.00to18.00.
