Summary
Our Practice Manager ha a key role in our Practice , supporting the management of the organisation and all our patient and service pathways. The Practice Manager role will require a motivated individual , able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver the best possible services for our population. An open and approachable attitude combined with a sense of fun will be well-received and welcomed in our Organisation. The Practice Manager will be expected to manage and coordinate all aspects oforganisationfunctionality, motivating and managing staff, optimisingefficiencyand financial performance, ensuring theorganisationachieves its long-term strategicobjectivesin a safe and effective working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team inpromoting ED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensure theorganisationcomplies withUK legislation and both NHS andCQC regulations.
