Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: South Shields, Tyne & Wear
Pay rate: up to £22 per hour (DOE) + Excellent added benefits!

The home boasts a GOOD CQC rating, a stable and supportive workforce, and an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents with nursing and dementia needs.
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to support the day-to-day clinical and operational running of the home, leading and inspiring a close-knit team while ensuring the highest standards of care are consistently delivered.

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
• Lead, manage, and mentor the nursing and care teams
• Support the Home Manager in the smooth day-to-day operation of the service
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are maintained
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
• Valid NMC Pin
• Previous leadership or senior nursing experience within a nursing home setting
