You will be working for a large housing provider who manage over 50,000 homes across the South.
Your new role
We're looking for a Multi Trade Kitchen Fitter, who will be carrying out kitchen replacements to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient service to customers.
You'll be covering sites across Hampshire, Berkshire, Wiltshire and surrounding areas and working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
Your day-to-day tasks will include carrying out plumbing and carpentry repairs and kitchen installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers.
There'll be a further requirement to cover an out of hours service on a rota basis
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a good communicator, have an achievement based approach to your work and be motivated. A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification relating to the above trade skills and previous experience is required.
What you'll get in return
£19-20 p/h umbrella - Temp to Perm opportunity + Van + Benefits
Permanent role pays £37,425 per annum
