Schedule: Term-time only | 40 hours per week | No weekends

In September 2025, we opened the doors to a state-of-the-art Secondary School in Chaldon. We aren't just looking for traditional Teaching Assistants; we are looking for empathetic, resilient, and creative individuals to become the founding pillars of our school community.

The Mission: More Than Just a Classroom

Our students (aged 11-16) are neurodivergent, often navigating challenges related to Autism, sensory processing, and emotional regulation. Your role is to be their advocate, coach, and guide.

  • Build Real Connections: Focus on trust first, academics second. You'll be the person who helps a student feel safe enough to try.

  • Creative Problem Solving: No two days are the same. You will adapt activities to match a student's specific passions-whether that's coding, art, or sport.

  • Be a Behavioural Architect: Use empathy and specialised training to help students navigate big emotions and develop lifelong independence.

  • Work with Experts: You'll collaborate daily with therapists and specialists, gaining "on-the-job" clinical insights.
