Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) – Nursing Home – Day or Night Shifts
We’re recruiting an experienced Staff Nurse for a permanent role in a well-established nursing home caring for older adults with nursing and dementia needs. This is a hands-on clinical position, working as part of a consistent team on day or night shifts.
Before You Apply

What You’ll Need
- Active NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
- Strong clinical skills and confidence working autonomously

- Ability to take responsibility for clinical decisions during your shift
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care in line with care plans and best practice
- Administer medication and oversee clinical interventions
- Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with CQC standards
- Work collaboratively with care staff, GPs, and external professionals
