Engineering Team Leader

Clevedon

£55,000 - £60,000

Monday - Friday 7.00am - 3.00pm

9% Pension, Life Assurance 4x salary, 33 days holiday, buy/sell holiday, company sick pay, unlimited overtime

We're Looking for an Engineering Team Leader who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in North Somerset, With a reputation at second to none, genuine training, development and progression opportunities this is an exciting time to join the business

Roles/Responsibilities

Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering

Overseeing team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern

Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities,

Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work

What We're Looking For

Multi Skilled Engineering background

Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor

Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
