Showroom Sales Manager
• Showroom based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, RCT.
• Permanent
• Full Time, 5 days per week, to include Saturdays
• Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per Annum + OTE

The Role:

As Showroom Sales Manager, you’ll work independently with a high degree of autonomy. Benefitting from a reputable brand name and a collaborative Head Office function, you’ll be afforded the creative freedom to shape the customer experience and drive business growth.

As the Showroom Manager, you will be the key decision-maker and face of the RCT showroom. You’ll manage every aspect of its operation, from achieving ambitious sales targets to overseeing showroom presentation, stock, and day-to-day operations. You will also represent the company locally, embodying the brand’s values and commitment to high-end wellness experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the showroom independently, ensuring it runs efficiently and professionally.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert advice on high-end wellness products.
• Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed company targets.
• Maintain showroom presentation, stock, and product knowledge.
• Manage operational and administrative tasks associated with the showroom.
• Collaborate with the wider team to support marketing initiatives and promotions.

Desirable:
