Summary
Do you thrive in a team environment and enjoy working at pace? We’re looking for dynamic and hard-working Production Operatives to join our team at our Coventry site on a permanent basis.
This is a varied shift role, including a mix of standard, long, and short weeks—but you’ll always finish no later than 4:35pm. You’ll be a key player on the production line, ensuring our PVCU products meet the highest quality standards, on time and in a safe and secure working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of product quality on the production line
Operate machinery and handle materials in a safe and efficient manner
Support multiple areas of production as a multi-skilled operative
Carry out repetitive and heavy lifting tasks where required
Use measurement tools with both metric and imperial systems
Get involved in wider activities such as charity events, first aid training, or becoming a fire marshal
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a manufacturing background is essential
Comfortable with physical work, including lifting and repetitive movements
Basic understanding of metric and imperial measurements
A team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
Willingness to be trained and support different production functions
Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand tools
