Summary
Undertake occupational therapy assessments for client and take a lead in promoting service user employment on the ward(s) Undertake home visits and visits to community resources where indicated. Oversee and supervise the work of apprentices, students and peer workers allocated to the ward(s) Ensure that interventions have outcome measures Ensure service users have access to a recovery focused, regularly reviewed therapeutic timetable in partnership with Arts psychotherapies, psychologists, peer workers, Alliance partners , service users and carers.
