The Executive Lounge Assistant plays a key role in delivering a refined and memorable experience within a premium Hospitality lounge environment. This position is responsible for the operations and service of a premium coffee lounge during the day for key clients to enhance their meeting or event on the floor. Ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence.
During the evening, this space will be transformed into an event spaces, hosting a selection of VIP function. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep product knowledge, stay attuned to market trends, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, HACCP, and food safety. With a passion for customer engagement and a flair for detail key to this role across every touch point

The Role
• Deliver an experience to every client and customer, more than just a service. Be an entertainer!
• Oversee and manage day to day operations across the hospitality lounge. With an open eye and mind to support the hospitality team on the floor to deliver requirement in meeting rooms and event spaces
• Lead from the front to our teams, colleagues, visitors’, and client's safety with our safety-first mentality and food safety polices
• Oversee the standard and quality of all food & drink; you will serve as the final quality check point for everything that is served and delivered
• Build feedback tools to help drive innovation and menu development. Keeping our clients happy and coming back
• To support the management team to be always audit ready and achieve the highest possible standard in food safety, commercials objectives, team rotas and H&S
• Lead and motivate the hospitality team to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations through effective supervision and measurable objectives. Conducting appraisals and PDP’s for team members
About You
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, coffee bar, or 5* hotel service
• Strong knowledge of upselling, welcoming and hosting Snr clients
• Passion for current and emerging trends in food, drink, and customer experience
• Exceptional attention to detail in product presentation and lounge aesthetics
• Warm, professional, and engaging demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering a first-class guest experience
