Summary
Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Avonmouth, Bristol
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a manufacturing site based in Avonmouth.
Working Hours & Pay:
Monday to Friday
07:30am – 16:30pm
£12.40 per hour
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will support the production team within a concrete manufacturing environment, working alongside existing operatives to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day production operations
Supporting team members on the production line
Ensuring work areas are kept clean and safe
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements:
Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred but not essential
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop within the role
Progression Opportunities:
Opportunities available to progress into a Counterbalance Forklift Driver role for candidates willing to train and develop
