Summary

The Experience Golf delivers luxury golf tours across the UK and Ireland. As an appointed Authorized Provider of Old Course tee times by the St Andrews Links Trust, we offer guaranteed access to one of the most iconic golf courses in the world. Our team creates unforgettable, bucket-list golf experiences built around exceptional service, careful planning, and genuine hospitality, and we take great pride in looking after our guests from the moment they arrive.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Ground Services Coordinator to join our on-the-ground team. This is a people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys welcoming guests, staying organised, and taking pride in doing things properly. You will be a visible and trusted presence, helping ensure every guest feels welcomed, supported, and well looked after throughout their experience.

The role involves meeting guests at airports or hotels and providing a warm, professional welcome before safely and comfortably transporting them to and from golf courses and related venues. You will support the operations team on the ground by helping organise golfer departures, including first tee and practice range activity for larger groups, and ensuring each day runs smoothly. You will also assist guests face-to-face with questions or requests, spot potential issues early, and help resolve them calmly and professionally. Looking after company vehicles is an important part of the role, ensuring they are kept clean, safe, and presentable at all times, along with following set procedures and completing simple daily administrative tasks.

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a calm and professional manner, and good attention to detail. You should be comfortable working in a varied and sometimes fast-moving environment and hold a full UK driving licence with no points and good local route knowledge. A D1 licence is helpful but not essential. Most importantly, you should have a positive attitude and genuinely enjoy delivering a high standard of service and looking after people.

This role offers a structured position with clear processes and expectations, plenty of face-to-face interaction in a relaxed and positive environment, and the opportunity to be part of delivering memorable experiences in some of the UK and Ireland’s most iconic locations.
