Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (Night shifts)
Shift Times: 18:45 – 06:45

Sodexo is seeking a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team at the Catalent site on Harwell Campus. This role is critical to maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant environment for staff, visitors, and contractors.
Key ResponsibilitiesControl access to the site, greeting staff and visitors and ensuring compliance with security procedures
Monitor the premises to deter and identify security breaches
Carry out regular patrols to maintain a visible security presence
Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Enforce site policies and procedures consistently
Complete accurate incident reports and handovers
A valid and in-date SIA Licence
Previous experience in a corporate or similar security environment
Strong observational, communication, and reporting skills
Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
A good understanding of security procedures and best practices
