This is your opportunity to join a dynamic Human Resources directorate for a six-month fixed term contract, working from our London, Sundridge or Borehamwood office - or from one of our other regional locations.
Imagine making a difference, every day. In this pivotal role, you will analyse and evaluate diversity and development data, enabling us to deliver impactful programmes and provide business leaders with accurate, relevant insights to drive positive change. Your expertise will ensure our reporting methods are refined and aligned with business strategies, while supporting the roll out and ongoing use of digital learning platforms. Maintaining our Learning Management System and offering technical support on the SAP-based Think Performance management system will be key parts of your responsibilities. You will work closely with a wide range of partners, analysing their requirements and supporting wider Learning & Development activities such as roadshows, diversity and inclusion events, school outreach and training sessions. Your analytical mind-set will help us identify process improvements and innovative new ideas, always considering the risks, opportunities and potential impacts to streamline our activities.
We offer a salary of up to £40,000 (pro rata, dependent on experience), a 7.5% bonus, and a host of additional benefits.
Action your ambition - apply today! If you have a background in analytical, data-focused roles, proficiency in PowerBI and Excel, and experience in inclusion and development, we want to hear from you.
