We are looking for the right candidate to join our small, friendly team in the role of
Lettings Negotiator and Administrator. We are an independent lettings agency and
have been operating in Darlington for over 20 years. We are looking for a part time
member of staff to work Wednesdays and Thursdays, between school hours, to
support our team with the daily needs of the business. This is a home-based role but please note that the applicant must have access to their own vehicle in order to
travel to various locations in and around Darlington.

This is a role with a lot of variety, - no two days are the same!

As a Lettings Negotiator and Administrator, your main duties include;

 Marketing properties for relet
 Arranging and conducting viewings
 Referencing tenants
 Arranging and completing move ins, along with updating inventories/schedule
of condition, photographing properties
 Arranging and carrying out inspections
 Arranging property maintenance
 Arranging and completing the move-out process
 Dealing with matters relating to Bonds and any disputes
 Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors via email and phone

The ability to multitask is essential. You must be able to prioritise your workload, as
well as work independently.

Lettings and property management experience is not essential as full training will be
given. If you fancy a change, and like the idea of a home based role between school
hours, we would like to hear from you. Please send an email expressing your interest and outlining your experience to laura@westparkestateagents.co.uk
