Summary
Street Outreach Worker
We are recruiting for a Street Outreach Worker on behalf of a leading London based Chairty to provide vital support to people experiencing rough sleeping. This is a hands-on, rewarding role supporting people experiencing rough sleeping.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week [9 - 5pm]
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Location :Pan London
As an Outreach Worker, your role will include:
- Engaging directly with individuals sleeping rough, building trust and offering practical and emotional support
- Providing crisis intervention, signposting and referrals to housing, health, and support services
- Carrying out welfare checks and risk assessments
- Working collaboratively with partner agencies such as local authorities, police, and healthcare teams
