This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioner — or candidates with Health & Social Care or another relevant qualification who are looking to move into Early Years via a supported six-month experience route-change.

The Role
Acting as a key person for a small group of children
Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
Observing, assessing and contributing to learning journeys
Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Building positive partnerships with parents and carers
Essential Requirements
Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification OR
Health & Social Care / relevant qualification with willingness to complete a supported route-change
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS
Previous experience working with young children
Right to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor visas)
No more than a one-hour commute
Willingness to complete Food Hygiene and 12-hour Paediatric First Aid (if not already held)
Working Pattern
4 days per week
7:30am – 6:00pm
One weekday off to support work-life balance
