As a low impact Instructor what does the role entail:
Your day will consist of …
• Deliver a high standard, quality service in discipline.
• Ensure professional standards are maintained and developed.
• Educate and instruct customers on correct technique and proper form.
• Support members in achieving their fitness goals.
• To ensure the health and safety of all members and participants.
This job is for you, if…
• You have a recognised Instructor qualification including L2/3 Personal Trainer qualification also specialisms in Older Adults is desirable.
• You have experience in teaching discipline in a busy environment.
• You have a firm commitment to providing excellence in customer service
• You have a commitment to team-working and respect and consideration for the skills of others.
• You enjoy working in a busy, fast paced environment.
• You are a friendly, enthusiastic, hardworking individual.
• You can work unsociable hours, including evenings and weekends.
• You strive to achieve quality outcomes for the organisation and those it serves.
