Summary

Student Progress Administrator

Full time, 42 hours per week, term time only

£25,631 per annum

We are looking to hire two experienced administrators to join the caring and supportive team of Student Progress Coordinators; to work with a select case load, ensuring all notes and reports are kept up to date on Microsoft packages and internal data-bases.

This role will require a meticulous, yet warm approach to all tasks, ensuring that information is shared and recorded in a clear and concise manner, while ensuring compliance and sensitivity is maintained.

The ideal candidate will have/are:

Relevant level 3 administrative/IT qualifications or equivalent
A level 2 or above qualification in English and Maths
Experience in dealing with local authority and other professionals
The ability to take detailed minutes of meeting
A good level of written and spoken English, with the ability to work with external stakeholders
Committed to promoting and safeguarding the welfare of student
Tact/Diplomacy and a good sense of humour
