Summary
The role is based at Dungeonland, Blackpool. We are a tabletop roleplaying game store that is primarily online. The role is 16 hours per week (Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri) and includes processing deliveries, maintaining stock filing, and processing orders including picking and packing, and maintaining the premises keeping them clean and tidy. You'll learn other parts of the business too and may be required to do additional hours for holiday cover at times. From time to time customers may need to be served face to face if they visit us, over the phone, or by e-mail. You'll need to be reliable and flexible, be competent at filing accurately and learning our products. We deal with large heavy packages as our parcels are up to 30kg each and can come in on large pallets so some level of fitness will be advantageous. We are currently looking at expanding which requires a large move of heavy stock that you would be a part of.
