We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Global Service Centre team.​

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our 24x7x365 Helpdesk services, delivering exceptional support to multiple clients across a range of solutions including reactive maintenance, facilities management, room bookings, and switchboard services.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by managing requests efficiently, adhering to agreed service levels, and providing clear communication throughout the process.​

Key Responsibilities

Action all Helpdesk requests received via telephone, email, or online platforms.

Ensure all jobs are processed in line with agreed SLA’s and priority response times.

Administer and maintain the CAFM system, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

Liaise with site-based contacts to ensure timely closure of jobs.

Keep customers informed of job progress and any delays.

Respond professionally and courteously to all customer enquiries, prioritising work based on health, safety, and business criticality.

Manage complaints promptly and maintain efficient, professional communication with all parties.

Provide clerical and administrative support including email management, satisfaction surveys, meeting room booking reports, courier requests, and ad-hoc tasks.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

Outstanding active listening skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities at all levels.

High accuracy and speed in data input.

Excellent customer service orientation with experience in complaint handling.

Confident and assertive telephone manner.

Enthusiastic and effective team player with flexibility to adapt to business needs.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
