Luxury Hotel – Cornwall Full-time | Permanent Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE
An award‑winning luxury hotel located near one of Cornwall’s vibrant coastal towns is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong Front of House or Operational Management experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence across all departments
Maintain consistent delivery of 5‑star service standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of staff across the hotel
Lead, motivate, and support team members to ensure optimal performance
Drive revenue, maximise profitability, and contribute to strategic business growth
Identify training needs and support ongoing learning and development initiatives
About You
Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment PARTICULARY within food and beverage operations.
A natural leader with the ability to inspire and engage both staff and guests
Strong commitment to exceptional guest care and service delivery
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of presentation throughout the hotel
Confident in managing staffing levels and anticipating operational needs
Strong communication and coordination skills, particularly around events and guest requirements
