A award‑winning luxury hotel located just outside Falmouth—one of Cornwall’s most vibrant coastal destinations—is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to join its senior leadership team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a hospitality professional with strong Food & Beverage or Operational Management experience who is ready to step into a pivotal, career‑advancing role.
Key Responsibilities
•
Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional standards across all departments
•
Uphold and enhance the delivery of consistent 5‑star guest experiences
•
Support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
•
Lead, motivate, and inspire staff to achieve excellence in performance and service
•
Drive revenue growth, maximise profitability, and contribute to long‑term strategic planning
•
Identify training needs and champion continuous learning and development initiatives
About You
•
Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury hotel environment, particularly within Food & Beverage operations
•
A confident, natural leader who can inspire and engage both teams and guests
•
Deep commitment to exceptional guest care and premium service delivery
•
Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring impeccable presentation throughout the hotel
•
Skilled in workforce planning, with the ability to anticipate and respond to operational demands
•
Strong communication and organisational abilities, especially in relation to events and guest coordination
