Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Runcorn
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12pm–8pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £31,283 per annum

Our client, a well-established distribution company based in Runcorn, is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure an efficient and safe working environment
  
• Supervise and support warehouse operatives, including training and development
  
• Manage goods in/out processes and ensure accurate documentation
  
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and general housekeeping
  
• Monitor stock levels and support inventory control
  
• Work closely with management to drive continuous improvement
  

  About You:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
    
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
    
  • Good understanding of warehouse procedures and health & safety standards
    
  • Organised, reliable, and confident in decision-making
    
  • Own transport required due to the location
