Summary

Industrial Labourer

Newport | 37.5 hours per week | Monday-Friday | 8am-4pm | £12.60 per hour | Temporary to Permanent

Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an Industrial Labourer on behalf of our client based on the south side of Newport, close to the Leeway Industrial Estate.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity offering consistent daytime hours. The role involves assisting in the production of hot-pressed steel panels, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Duties
  • Assisting with the production of hot-pressed steel panels.

  • Carrying out physically demanding manual handling tasks throughout the working day.

  • Supporting the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

Requirements
  • Able to meet the physical demands of an industrial labouring role.

  • Previous experience in an industrial or labouring role is preferred but not essential.

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a strong work ethic.
