Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive (with higher rights) to join a top-tier Family Law team based in Northampton. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to manage your own caseload while working in a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
About the Role:
You will advise and represent clients in family law matters, with a focus on private children cases, while handling your own diary and caseload.
The role involves:
- Providing empathetic and professional client advice
- Undertaking your own advocacy
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality legal services
- Developing skills in negotiation, communication, and case strategy
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Family Solicitor or Legal Executive (with higher rights)
- Minimum 2 years PQE
- Experience in family law, preferably private children matters
- Knowledge of Legal Aid (desirable)
- Confident, proactive, and client-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experienced in own advocacy
