Summary
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader who is Level 3 qualified to join our friendly, warm, and lively day nursery, caring for children based in the Toddler Room.
You will be a calm, caring, and motivated individual with a positive, hands-on approach, supporting high-quality EYFS practice and leading your room team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead your room and maintain high standards across practice and environment
Deliver the EYFS in line with legislation and nursery policies
Create a happy, safe, and inclusive environment for children, staff, and parents
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Complete observations, risk assessments, and daily records
Lead, support, and train staff, students, and apprentices
Attend training and provide cover where required
