Summary
Industrial Cleaner - Stockport Hours: 14:00-21:00 (Monday-Friday) Location: Stockport Start: Immediate
We are currently recruiting an Industrial Cleaner to support our client's busy food production facility in Stockport. This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Sweeping and maintaining cleanliness of production floors
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets and communal areas
• Preparing and cleaning down the food production area before and after shifts
• Safe use of cleaning chemicals in line with site procedures
• Ensuring all hygiene standards are met and maintained
• Following health & safety guidelines at all times
Requirements
• Previous cleaning or industrial hygiene experience preferred
• Knowledge of safe chemical handling; COSHH training is highly desirable
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
