We are seeking dedicated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of products, adhering to strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production lines in accordance with company procedures and safety standards.
Ensure all production line safety protocols, are strictly followed throughout the production process.
Conduct quality checks on products to maintain high standards of product safety and quality.
Assist with the setup, calibration, and maintenance of mechanical equipment as needed.
Record production data accurately using basic maths skills for inventory and quality control purposes.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the production area, adhering to hygiene regulations.
Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements.
Skills
Previous Manufacturing experience is essential.
Prior experience of running production lines would be advantageous.
Mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks.
Strong organisational skills with an ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
Basic maths skills for recording data, measurements, and inventory management.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and attention to detail are vital for maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Induction and PPE issued on your first shift.
The hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday 6am to 1.30pm/Friday 6am to 1.20pm.
Monday to Thursday 1.30pm to 9.30pm/Friday 1.30pm to 6.30pm.
Sunday 11pm to 6am/Monday to Wednesday 9.30pm to 6am/Thursday 9.30pm to 2am.
The shifts are rotational, mornings and afternoons or night shifts.
