Summary
Accommodation Cleaner - Billing Aquadrome - Northampton, Northamptonshire
Responsible To: Accommodation Manager
Time/ Part Time: Full Time / Part Time
Permanent/Seasonal: Permanent / Seasonal - Monday - Fridays with other days available.
Hours: 9am - 5pm / Can be flexible
Purpose of the Role:
As a Cleaning Team Member, your role is to consistently deliver spotlessly clean and well-maintained accommodation within the given timeframe. Mondays and Fridays are a must for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering the Guest Experience
To consistently deliver clean and well-maintained accommodation within the given timeframe.
Exceed our guests’ expectations and assist in delivering year on year quality improvement.
Be prepared for your shift by looking after and maintaining your equipment.
Keep your coach updated and informed of any issues such as maintenance, inventory and carpet cleans.
Go the extra mile to create a clean, bright, safe and secure environment.
Role model effective team-ship behaviours and our vision and values.
Communicate effectively to all team members.
Be an advocate for working within a high performing team and celebrate individual and team success.
Health & Safety
Follow all company cleaning processes and procedures as per your training.
Keep yourself, your colleagues and our guests safe by adhering to all company guidelines around using and storing cleaning products.
Misc:
In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to assist with duties not directly linked to your job description but commensurate with your position and in accordance with the job purpose from time to time. Your co-operation will always be appreciated but not abused.
