Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations and seeks to appoint a Peat
Programme Administrator.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Peat programme and play a role in delivering several large projects. As a member of
our busy, dynamic team, you’ll take ownership of quarterly claims submissions, provide vital administrative support for steering
groups and meetings, and help drive training and engagement programmes forward. From managing inboxes and participant details to
coordinating event logistics and acting as the go-to liaison for the office.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re a highly organised Business Support Administrator with experience in projects or programmes.
You’ll have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring processes are followed and data and records are accurate and high quality.
Strong IT skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally, both in writing and verbally, are essential for
success in this role.

We have an urgent staffing gap to fill, and we’ll consider applications as they come in and may interview people at relatively
short notice, such that we reserve the right to close the post early.

How to apply:

Please submit an up-to-date CV and supporting statement. When writing your supporting statement, please ensure you describe your
relevant knowledge, skills and experience aligned to the Person Specification within the Job Description. Please be aware that if
you only submit a CV, your application may not be considered.

Please DO NOT include any personal details (name, address etc) on your supporting statement.

Closing date: 23 January 2026 at Midnight

Interview date: 6 February 2026

Please note that applications received after the closing deadline may not be considered. The Trust regrets that it is unable to
give feedback on unsuccessful applications.

We are committed to creating a Movement that recognises and truly values individual differences and identities. We value
diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive culture where everyone is able to be themselves and to reach their full
