We are recruiting experienced SEN Education Support Staff in Norwich to join our books for ongoing contract work across schools and residential settings. These roles offer consistency and continuity and are not day-to-day supply positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, knowledgeable and compassionate SEN professionals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with special educational needs (SEN) and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs in the Norwich area.
About the SEN Education Support Role:
Supporting children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs
1:1 support and small group work
Roles available in schools and residential care settings
Creating safe, structured and nurturing learning environments
Building positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, SEN Support Worker, Learning Support Assistant, or Education Support Staff
Strong understanding of SEN, SEMH and trauma-informed practice
Calm, patient, empathetic and kind approach
Reliable professionals who value consistency and relationship-building
Ability to work across Norwich and surrounding areas
Compliance & Eligibility Requirements:
