PFB Construction Management Services Ltd is a leading provider of CDM Principal Designer services and construction related health and safety advice. Many of the projects we are involved with are for well-known organisations including Museums, Galleries, Universities, Schools, Commercial and Residential buildings, both locally and nationally.
For this part-time position [3 days a week], we are seeking an experienced administrator to co-ordinate and manage the compilation of project Health and Safety Files and presentation of information at the completion of projects, in electronic hyper-linked format.
The successful applicant will possess enthusiasm to learn and progress the development of this vital part of our service and training will be provided. You will ideally have previous construction industry or health and safety experience together with a sound knowledge of Word & Excel and experience of Adobe Acrobat and electronic document management systems. Excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, a flexible manner and the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team whilst remaining calm under pressure are key qualities.
