Essential
• Proven track record of outstanding Science teaching or evidence of outstanding practice during training (trainees would need evidence of potential to develop into a strong teacher)
• Experience of teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4
• Proven track record of outstanding outcomes (trainees would need evidence of potential to develop into a strong teacher)
• Proven track record of strong and effective behaviour management strategies
• Excellent ICT skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to all stakeholders
• Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities
• Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
• Experience of teaching Science at KS5
