Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week, TTO + 5 TED days
Salary: Scale 5 (12-17)

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and committed Pastoral Support Manager to join the pastoral team at Trinity High School and Sixth Form Centre. You will work alongside the Head of Year and support them in ensuring that support for both students and families is provided to ensure that their time at Trinity is a happy one.
Main Duties:
• Establish and maintain relationships with individual students and groups
• Promote students' social and emotional development
• Contribute to health and well-being of students
• Liaise with teaching and pastoral teams and share information/strategies to support students to be successful in lessons
• Contribute to the overall ethos/work/aims of the school
