Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

37 Hours per week - 8.30am to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday - Term Time, inset days, plus 1 week in holidays - Required 23rd February 2026

We are seeking to appoint an HR & Administration Manager to join our warm and friendly team at Moorlands Primary School and Park Lane Primary Schools, where you will be a valuable part of the Federation teams and help support everyday life of the schools.

We are looking for someone who is / has:

• Self-motivated, dynamic and innovative

• Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure, prioritise and show initiative

• proven experience of HR and recruitment practice together with a logical and analytical approach to support process elements of Administration Management

• experience of working in a school environment - this is desirable but not essential

• excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including pupils and staff

• A high standard of literacy & numeracy skills and a good knowledge of Excel & SIMs
