The Role

Class Leadership: Responsible for a small, focused class of 8-10 pupils, all with a diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Support Team: You will lead a dedicated classroom team, typically consisting of a Teaching Assistant (TA) and a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA).

Innovative Curriculum: Deliver learning through the IB Primary Years Programme (PYP), focusing on inquiry-based, holistic education.

Holistic Development: Manage all aspects of pupil education, including setting targets, preparing reports, and chairing Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) reviews.

Exceptional Work-Life Balance: A minimum of 20% non-contact time (equivalent to one day per week).
