About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations and transformation initiatives across the EMEA region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving process improvements, implementing new systems, and ensuring compliance and accuracy across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee payroll operations across EMEA, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Lead payroll transformation projects, including system implementation and process optimisation.
- Manage and develop a team of payroll professionals across multiple countries.
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align systems and processes.
- Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of payroll experience within a multinational organisation.
- Proven track record managing multiple EMEA payrolls.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with payroll transformation projects.
- Ability to work onsite with some flexibility for hybrid arrangements.
- Some travel expected to multiple sites
