Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday (shift-based)
Pay Rate: £12.80 per hour
Contract: Full-time, permanent

A long-standing, well-established business in Tewkesbury is looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their busy team. This company is known for its supportive and friendly environment and has a reputation for consistency, quality, and teamwork over many years.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in accuracy, organisation, and supporting a collaborative team. Working in a chilled environment, you will help prepare and pick customer orders, load delivery vehicles safely, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch

  • Rotate and replenish stock to maintain freshness and availability

  • Load delivery vehicles safely, ensuring goods are secured for transport

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment

  • Follow all health and safety procedures and report any issues

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to meet deadlines

  • Support the team with other tasks as required

Candidate Profile

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Positive, proactive approach with clear communication skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Comfortable performing physical work in a chilled environment

  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work shifts and Saturdays

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, chilled, or food production environment

  • Knowledge of safe working practices

  • Forklift licence
