This Account Executive role plays a key part in delivering outstanding service to clients and customers. You will act as the main link between customers and internal teams, using strong organisational and communication skills to manage accounts, resolve queries, and support long-term client relationships.
Account Executive Role:
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with internal departments to support day-to-day account activity, ensuring service levels are met and clients receive a consistently high standard of support. This is a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone proactive, organised, and client-focused.
Account Executive Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Account Support

Manage day-to-day customer enquiries and administrative tasks in line with SLAs

Handle cancellations, exemptions, permits, enquiries, and general account administration

Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation
Account & Relationship Management

Support Account Managers and Key Account Managers in maintaining and developing client relationships

Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication

Provide cover and account support during colleague absence
Operational Excellence

Manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to resolution

Contribute ideas to improve customer experience, processes, and service delivery
Reporting & Accountability

Deliver work with accuracy, professionalism, and reliability

Support reporting on account performance, service delivery, and client satisfaction

Uphold high standards of compliance and operational excellence
What They Are Looking For:
Essential:

Previous experience in an Account Executive, Customer Service, or Client Support role

Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital systems
