Learning Support Assistant - Permanent/Fixed TermStarting Salary: LCC Spinal Salary Grade 5 Pay Point 7 moving up to Pay Point 8Ashmount School is currently recruiting both permanent and fixed term Learning Support Assistants to join our 4 consecutive Ofsted rated "Outstanding" school. Ashmount currently provides education for 209 pupils aged 4 -19 with a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. This role is as varied as it is rewarding so we require resourceful, enthusiastic and flexible people to join our highly skilled staff team. You'll be part of a robust, energetic and friendly classroom support team who pride themselves in providing high quality education and opportunities for our pupils.If you have an interest in working with children and are able to work in a high-pressure environment dealing with constantly changing priorities, then we would invite you to apply for this position.We Set The Very Highest Standard In All That We Do.The school hours are 9:00am to 3:45pm Monday to Friday with a 45 minute lunch break, term time only with an additional week for training and teacher days (39 weeks). JOB REQUIREMENTS: Working with a wide range of class teachers and classroom support staff to deliver excellent learning opportunities.Accompanying groups on trips.
