Summary
We are seeking to appoint an LSA to work alongside learners requiring support to manage challenging behaviour. The successful candidate will mainly be based in our Inspire provision, an onsite bespoke provision which provides individualised, tailored learning pathways for learners who struggle to cope in mainstream. As well as this, the successful candidate will support some learners with IDPs for behaviour in mainstream lessons.
We are ideally looking for somebody with previous experience of working with learners with behavioural issues. However, what is most important is that we find somebody who is empathetic, warm and adaptable who can build excellent trusted relationships with learners.Grade 5 SCP 8-12 £13.90-£14.82 per hour pro-rata32.5 hours per week / 39 weeks per year Including INSET Days.
