Summary


The CWPT Clinical commissioning Team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to support with implementing the priorities for Learning Disabilities and/or Autism. This role is to support the Team through the provision of an efficient and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and clerical service, including working on own initiative, and being accountable for assigned administrative procedures and specific work projects such as data collection. Specific areas of responsibility include administration for the Care, Education, Treatment Reviews.

Compassion, Resilience and Strong communication skills and discretion are essential for this role.

The work base is Wayside House, Coventry however travel across the Trusts footprint will be required on occasions, as well as working from home.

To support the Clinical commissioning Team Lead for Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A) through the provision of an efficient and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and clerical service, including working on own initiative, and being accountable for assigned administrative procedures. The post-holder will be able to demonstrate a high level of organisational skills and a willingness to develop their role ensuring that a high-quality support service is developed and maintained.

The post holder will

Deliver a professional, confidential, and compassionate administrative service to the clinical and Non clinical team.

Communicate sensitively and professionally with patients, families, and colleagues, showing integrity and compassion in every interaction

To take accurate notes/minutes of meetings, some of which may require a high level of compassion, understanding and resilience due to the nature of the discussions.

Handle confidential information responsibly, maintaining the highest standards of integrity, respect, and trust.

Undertake general office duties as required including filing, photocopying, collating and distributing information, receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.

Operate and maintain a robust, accurate and secure filing system that is easily accessible by all staff.

Maintain spread sheets and databases including the production of regular information reports.

Be responsible for organising and servicing meetings / events as required, including room bookings, taking accurate notes, transcription, and circulation as appropriate.

Procurement - order stationery, supplies, and equipment stock

Use organisational and own initiative skills to meet tight deadlines.

Provide a flexible approach, this might occasionally involve working at another base in the Coventry and Warwickshire partnership footprint.
