Grounds Maintenance Operative – Construction Sites
Bristol (Multi-Site Role)
Start Date: March
⏰ Working Hours: 07:00am – 17:00pm

O’Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to work across multiple construction sites in the Bristol area.

This is a multi-site role, so applicants must be able to drive and be happy travelling between sites as required.

Role Responsibilities:

• General grounds maintenance on live construction sites

  
  

• Keeping external areas tidy, safe, and presentable

  
  

• Litter picking, grass cutting, hedge trimming, and basic landscaping duties

  
  

• Supporting site teams with upkeep of outdoor areas

  
  

• Working to health & safety standards at all times

  
  Requirements:

  • Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a similar role (construction site experience preferred)

    
    

  • Full UK driving licence

    
    

  • Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently

    
    

  • Good understanding of site health & safety
