Summary
- Develop local service objectives and plans to deliver services in line with the future models of Families First Partnership Programme - Analyse data and information relating to service performance to inform future service developments, identifying opportunities for redesign of services that improve efficiency, improve quality whilst maintaining or reducing cost - Contribute to the design and development of IT systems that support clinical delivery and capture data and information that will meet commissioners need and inform service evaluation and planning. - To enable the sharing of workforce development and best practice pathways to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies of staff to deliver transform - Support senior management team with review and updating of policies, SOPs and business continuity plans as required - Ensure effective communication within teams across the initiatives, facilitating communication across the partners within the initiatives. - Provide information in a succinct and relevant way to key stakeholders, partners and commissioners as required. - Ensure staff training is planned and delivered to enable the FFPP initiatives to be implemented Please refer to Job description for full details
