Summary
Act professionally, maintaining accountability for own actions in accordance with the relevant codes/scope of Professional Conduct. Contribute to corporate objectives, acting within local, Trust and statutory guidelines and policies at all times. Maintain an identifiable clinical presence and undertake relevant clinical activities to maintain own clinical competency. Ensure that evidence-based practice is developed and implemented to improve patient care. Manage and prioritise standard workload, escalating any issues to the Lead Resuscitation Practitioners when required. Respond to adult cardiac arrests/medical emergencies which may involve activities such as performance of cardiac chest compressions. Support staff during difficult situations during training and/or the clinical environment. Escalate issues when appropriate and use clinical incident reporting as appropriate.
