Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating CNC machinery. This role is essential for ensuring the precision and quality of our fabricated components, contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing processes.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

To Set and Produce High Quality Manufactured parts in a timely and safety conscious way.
Working to drawings with a variety of materials and manufacturing processes.
Setting & Operating CNC & Manual Machinery plus a wide variety of hand tools.
Working independently or as part of a team.
Total preventative maintenance
Communicate effectively with CNC operators, supervisors and Manufacturing manager to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Technical Requirements
Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, and technical specifications.

Systems Requirements
Fanuc, G-codes

Knowledge
Knowledge of Feeds and speeds for various materials, Knowledge of Measuring tools (steel rules, tape measures, callipers, gages, micrometres), Knowledge on all G-code commands to perform minor modification on machines if required and ensure compliance to all specifications for all finished components.

Qualifications
GCSE Mathematics, GCSE English
