An exciting opportunity for an Interim HR Analyst / HRMI Analyst- 6 Months. This role supports the HR Project Manager in delivering a Payrolling of Benefits project, changing yearly processes to monthly processes, looking at the end-end processes, current processes versus what the process needs to be, ensuring effective requirements gathering, process documentation, and smooth transition of new and updated services into the business.Key Responsibilities
- Support project delivery by capturing, analysing, and documenting business and technical requirements for new and changed HR services.
- Engage stakeholders across HR Shared Services, Centres of Excellence, Procurement, Fleet, IT, and external suppliers to validate requirements and ensure alignment.
- Conduct end‑to‑end process reviews, mapping current and future states, identifying gaps, and recommending improvements.
- Collaborate with HRSS and Procurement to align activity with wider transformation initiatives.
- Identify process improvements using structured problem‑solving and options analysis.
- Work with Solutions Architecture and Data Security to ensure proposed solutions meet business and compliance needs.
- Facilitate sign‑off and implementation of future‑state processes, documenting impacts and supporting change adoption.
- Produce project documentation including process maps, business requirements, change requests, options analysis, and UAT materials.
- Support testing activity by preparing test documentation, assisting users, and ensuring alignment with requirements.
- Analyse data flows between systems to ensure process and reporting consistency.
- Plan and support workshops, identifying pain points and contribute to solution design.
- Ensure compliance with secure data sharing, payroll processes, and tax requirements.
- Prioritise requirements using methodologies such as MOSCOW.
- Support project initiation and change control, participate in lessons learnt, and protect business requirements throughout delivery.
- Provide weekly status reporting on progress, risks, issues, and constraints to the HR PM.
- The role is based in Northamptonshire and Hybrid, 1-2 days per week in the office.
Experience Required:
You must have experience as an HR Analyst / HRMI Analyst who has experience working for large, complex matrix organisations.You must have experience in business process mapping and modelling.
You must have experience analysing complex data stats
You must be able to start with no more than two weeks notice.
